Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account info: your email address, and a hashed password if you sign up that way (we never store your plaintext password). If you sign in with Google or Discord, we receive your email and basic profile info from them.
• Generation data: the prompts, text, and any images you submit, along with the resulting output and its credit cost.
• Billing data: we don’t see or store your card details — purchases go through Stripe’s own checkout, and we only receive confirmation that a purchase succeeded and for how much.
• Usage analytics: basic page-visit and product-usage analytics via Vercel Web Analytics, to understand how Forgeframe is used.

2. Who we share it with

Your data only goes to the third parties needed to actually run Forgeframe:

• fal.ai — receives your prompts/images for video and image generation.
• ElevenLabs — receives text (and voice samples, for cloning) for voice generation.
• D-ID — receives your photo and script/audio for lipsync generation.
• Stripe — processes credit pack payments.
• Google / Discord — only if you choose to sign in that way.
• Vercel / Neon — our hosting and database providers, who store the data above on our behalf.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with anyone else for advertising purposes.

3. How long we keep it

We keep your account and generation history for as long as your account exists, so your history and credit ledger stay accurate. If you want your account and its data deleted, contact us and we’ll remove it, aside from records we’re legally required to keep (like payment records for tax purposes).

4. Cookies

Forgeframe uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Your rights

You can ask us what data we have on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its data, by emailing us at the address below.

6. Children

Forgeframe isn’t intended for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
