1. What Forgeframe is

Forgeframe is a credit-based studio for generating AI video, images, voice, and lip-synced talking avatars. We don’t build the underlying AI models ourselves — we provide a single account, credit balance, and interface on top of third-party AI providers (currently fal.ai for video and image, ElevenLabs for voice, and D-ID for lipsync). Anything you submit to generate content is sent to the relevant provider to process your request.

2. Your account

You can create an account with an email and password, or via Google or Discord sign-in. You must be at least 18 years old to use Forgeframe, since it involves paid credit purchases. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Credits and billing

  • New accounts receive a one-time free credit bonus, shown at signup.
  • Additional credits are purchased in packs via Stripe. Prices are shown before you buy.
  • The credit cost of a generation is shown before you confirm it, and is deducted when you submit the request.
  • If a generation fails on our or a provider’s side, the credits spent on it are automatically refunded to your balance.
  • Credits have no cash value, aren’t transferable between accounts, and purchases are generally final — if something’s gone wrong with a charge, contact us and we’ll sort it out.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Forgeframe to generate or submit:

  • Content depicting real people — via voice cloning, lipsync, or likeness — without that person’s consent, including impersonation, non-consensual intimate content, or deceptive deepfakes.
  • Child sexual abuse material or any content sexualizing minors, in any form.
  • Content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes someone else’s intellectual property.
  • Material intended to deceive others about its AI-generated origin in a way intended to cause harm (e.g. fabricated news, fraud, impersonating public figures to mislead).
  • Attempts to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service or the providers behind it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this, and may report illegal content (including CSAM) to the relevant authorities.

5. Ownership of what you generate

As between you and us, you own the outputs you generate through Forgeframe, subject to two things: (1) you’re responsible for making sure you had the right to submit whatever prompt, image, or voice sample you used to create it, and (2) the underlying AI providers (fal.ai, ElevenLabs, D-ID) have their own usage terms that can affect what you’re allowed to do with outputs from their models, particularly around commercial use — it’s worth checking those if you plan to use generated content commercially at scale.

6. No warranty

AI generation is unpredictable by nature. We don’t guarantee a generation will match your prompt, be free of errors or artifacts, or be available at any given time. Forgeframe is provided “as is,” and to the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it.

7. Termination

You can stop using Forgeframe at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including the acceptable use section above. Unused credits on a terminated account are forfeited if the termination was for a violation of these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Forgeframe changes. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do; continuing to use Forgeframe after a change means you accept the update.
